About the project
The goal of Inmemoriam.lv was a modern, clear and sensitive website where people could quickly find the help they need and contact the company.
The company also needed an administration system to manage content, translations, SEO and incoming customer enquiries in one environment.

FROM WEBSITE TO TEAM
Communication that doesn't get lost in email
We created callback and service enquiry forms in all three languages. Submitted information enters CRM with context for the next conversation.
- Clear guidance when form information is missing
- Localised error and success messages
- Service, language and source are preserved
- Resubmitting the same form does not create a second enquiry

A CAREFULLY PLANNED WEBSITE REBUILD
A new website with established customer paths preserved
During the rebuild, we preserved existing links and created a clear service structure so people could find the help they need in their language.
Old links lead to the new page
We redirected important previous addresses to the relevant new content, helping visitors reach the right place even through previously saved links.
A place for every service and region
We organised page content and titles to make services easier for visitors and Google to find and understand.
Information in the customer's language
We linked the Latvian, Russian and English versions so visitors can switch to the same information in their preferred language.
We tested the customer journey before launch
From finding a service and choosing a language to submitting a form and the company team receiving the enquiry.

Launch and support
We implement, train and continue helping after launch.
Can you take over an existing WordPress website?
Yes. We first assess the existing content, URLs and features. For IN MEMORIAM, we rebuilt the WordPress site as a custom Laravel solution with content administration and CRM.
What happens to old URLs during migration?
We redirect important old links to the corresponding new pages so visitors reach the information they need. We verify these paths before launch.
Will we be able to edit the Laravel website's content ourselves?
Yes. The team can manage the designated content fields and regional pages in the administration system. New features or layout changes are planned separately.
Can the website support several languages?
Yes. In this project, Latvian, Russian and English versions each have their own content, URLs, forms and SEO metadata: 81 published pages in total.
How are website enquiries handled?
Enquiries enter CRM, where the team sees contact details, source and selected service, changes statuses, adds notes and plans follow-up communication.
How do regional pages and local SEO help?
Each genuinely served area has its own page with relevant information, questions and contact options. These are service areas, not invented branches.
Can the solution be expanded later?
Yes. The Laravel website and CRM can grow with new content blocks, workflows or integrations according to the company's needs.
How do migration and launch work?
We prepare the new environment, migrate content, check forms, languages and URLs, create backups and launch a tested version with a way to restore the previous one.
